Course Description:

The course will focus on the history of Biomimetic Dentistry, the fundamental core principles and concepts of Biomimetic Dentistry, case studies and future educational opportunities in this growing area of interest.

 

Course Objectives:

  • Attendees will learn about the history of this area of dentistry.
  • Attendees will learn about fundamental principles crucial to successful Biomimetic restorative dentistry.
  • Attendees will learn of specific clinical case examples utilizing these principles.
  • Attendees will learn of more advanced areas of study further their understanding in this field.

 

Speaker Bio:

Saul Pressner DMD, FAGD, FABD, FICD is the current President of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. where he received his DMD degree. He also attended the Univ of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he completed a 2-year program in Family Dentistry after completing his DMD degree at Penn. He serves on the Dean’s Council of Penn Dental Medicine. He also serves as Secretary of AFDVI, for Dental Volunteers for Israel. He maintains a private dental practice in NYC and has lectured domestically and internationally about Biomimetic Dentistry. He is considered a Key Opinion Leader in the field of Biomimetic dentistry.
